BRIEF SAILBOAT DESCRIPTION / HIGHLIGHTS - Name: TREATON - Model: Elan Impression 514 / Expansively renovated in 2024 (new engine, new mainsail, new genoa, new pipe valves, new bow thruster, new anchor winch, new batteries, new internal saloon fabrics, new cockpit table, new cockpit cushions, new deck mattresses etc.) - Luxurious, A/C, 53 ft sailboat, the largest, safest, and most comfortable in Heraklion Port (especially under windy weather conditions) - The open sitting / cockpit area is vastly roomy, the most spacious (by far) in the yacht’s class - The opening platform and the 3 unfolding steps provide an extensive swimming and entertainment area - Underwater night lighting below the swimming platform - Ample sunbathing areas in the front deck, equipped with comfortable mattresses. Deck and cockpit floor is solid teak wood - The retractable gangway is exceedingly helpful while getting in and out of the yacht - The extra fridge / freezer at the cockpit. The hot / cold water shower at the swimming platform - The roomy main lounge and the spacious, fully equipped galley (includes fridge, freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery etc.) - The 3 separate Air condition/Heating units + the powerful generator (8 KVA) - Five (4+1) cabins, five (4+1) electric toilets with showers, plenty of storage space for your luggage ////// 2. INCLUSIONS - Experienced skipper, Taxes, Dinghy with outboard engine. - Charter + Fun pack that includes: a. End cleaning fee / Mooring fees (Heraklion Port) b. OBLIGATORY EXTRAS (payable in cash) - Refundable deposit: 500 € per week / payable in cash at check in - Fuel cost: The average consumption of the engine is 9 liters per working hour - Mooring fees (Other ports, except for Heraklion Port): Prices vary depending on the Port - Skipper's food provisions: It is at the guests' discretion whether or not they wish the skipper to join them for meals (ashore or onboard). If not, either the provisions for the skipper must be provided onboard by the guests or an amount of 30 € / day will be charged.
